“I grew up in Bormio, in the Italian Alps, where my deep bond with the mountains began. Through art I explore this connection, drawn to nature’s beauty, mystery, and fragility. I spend hours in forests observing and collecting natural elements. I’ve created sculptures with local materials and now experiment with video and sound to record traces of my dialogue with the landscape.”
Sheila Raselli (*2004) is a Swiss-Italian artist currently based between Poschiavo and Zurich. Her work spans sculpture and video installation, as well as other forms of artistic expression. Through her work, she explores the relationship between humans and the natural environment, experiencing space through her senses.
